WOMB SADHANA

A Community-Led Women’s Practice in the Roundhouse

JOIN US EVERY MOONDAY
9.30AM-10.45AM

Join our in-person ‘Womb Sadhana’ space, every Monday morning for 75 minutes of filling up your shakti cup. We gather on Mondays [moon-day], as a middle finger to the productivity driven Monday morning most of us are used to. Instead of rushing outward, we pilgrimage inward. This ancient journey into the womb, our home, is the most sacred pilgrimage we take as women. These classes are special, as they are held on the sacred lands of Mount Rose, around the ancient fire, inside a cosy roundhouse between Newquay and Perranporth.

Womb Sadhana is a community-led class, held by four fabulous women. Each facilitator brings her own medicine, something slightly different; from womb yoga to mantra, from feminine flow to incredible shamanical soundbaths, from Qi Gong to devotional song and movement. Yet, the essence and heart of womb sadhana is woven into every sesion and will be felt in the space.

Dates Jen will be facilitating are 23rd March, 11th May, 25th May & 22nd June.

Womb Sadhana Pillars

Womb-centred & cycle literate — We honour the cyclical nature of the female body and encourage women to listen to their bodies over external authority, whether you follow the rhythm of your menstrual cycle, the moon, the earth or your wider map of womanhood, all is welcome.

Sharing and connection — A simple check-in is woven into our time together. This may be a single word or something deeper if you feel called. Being witnessed in circle is part of the medicine that makes womb sadhana unique.

All of You Is Welcome — Your grief. Your joy. Your anger. Your softness. Your desire. Your exhaustion. Your becoming. Nothing needs to be edited at the door and this is the foundation that underpins every session.

Womb Sadhana is open to women of all ages, including those of you who no longer have a womb or who are no longer cycling. It is a practice of exploring movement from a deeply intuitive place, honouring the rhythms of our bodies rather than pushing against them. Our time together may include breathwork, movement, dance, visualisation, mantra, song, sound healing and mudra; a welcomed release from the rigidity and striving of daily life, and a return to intuitive wisdom, expression and flow. This is a gentle, mainly floor-based movement class and is suitable for most abilities.

The perfect way to start the week.
