Private 1:1 Meditation Mentoring

Perhaps you’ve tried apps, books, podcasts or retreats before. You know it works, you can feel the value but you just can’t seem to make the practice stick. I can help you to build a sustainable meditation practice into the life you have.

The benefits of having a regular self-practice has been proven to reduce stress and improve quality of daily life. My approach is derived from the rigorously tested and evidence based Mindfulness based Stress Reduction course (MBSR). A blend of ancient wisdom and modern psychology. Private one-to-one sessions can be held in-person, at your home or online. Learning and integration best happens over a period of 6-8 consecutive weeks, however single sessions can also be selected whenever you need them.

  • We will spend time tailoring specific meditation practices to your personal needs. There will be home practice between sessions to help keep you on track with your goals.

  • A standard MBSR session is 1.5 hours long.

  • I have a private practice in Newquay, Cornwall, UK and teach globally online.
