This event is the perfect opportunity to get a taste of the meditation offered in the MBSR (Mindfulness based Stress Reduction) course. You are also very welcome if you have no intention of joining the course but would like to practice in community- newbies and experienced meditators alike.
This session will involve Qi Gong movement and a traditional seated practice. Both can be adapted to any level of mobility e.g. no need to sit crossed legged on the floor if your body doesn’t allow.
We will conclude by nourishing and grounding with soup (vegan) together in community by the fire. Everything is included in your ticket price.
