A plant ally with ancient wisdom, we will be sitting with organic Blue Lotus flowers from the Sri Lankan hills. They have been wild harvested from zero carbon footprint land surrounded by Artemesia & Cacao trees. She has been directly sourced by a dear sister of mine, who visits the lands and people in love and devotion.

The medicine of Blue Lotus is to activate and draw forward whats unconscious by enhancing dream time and intuitive wisdom. She is a gentle medicine used by mystics for thousands of years. She gently softens the nervous system. helping us to drift into sleep or deep meditation.

Held by meditation teacher & Blue Lotus carrier Jennifer Hannibal and songstress of the ether Holly-Anne Coles. Tea will be brewed, blessed and poured with love as we sing/chant/hum together our prayers for the journey (singing optional). After we’ve tucked you into your cosy nests, Holly will create a soundscape for your dreamtime.
