A plant ally with ancient wisdom, we will be sitting with organic Blue Lotus flowers from the Sri Lankan hills. They have been wild harvested from zero carbon footprint land surrounded by Artemesia & Cacao trees. She has been directly sourced by a dear sister of mine, who visits the lands and people in love and devotion.

The medicine of Blue Lotus is to activate and draw forward whats unconscious by enhancing dream time and intuitive wisdom. She is a gentle medicine also used by some to aid sleep.

Held by meditation teacher & Blue Lotus carrier Jennifer Hannibal, tea will be brewed, blessed and poured with love as we sing/chant/hum together around the fire before entering the sauna for 1.5 hours of deep relaxation. Moments of silence interspersed with song and meditation will ensure you enter a state of deep restoration. Blue Lotus has been known by ancients cultures for 1000s of years for her potent quality to help you drift softly into a calm state of being. This will be an evening of sweet and gentle release, a remembering and softening of hard edges that build up in day-to-day life.
