We will spend time tailoring a meditation practice to your particular situation, conditioning and intentions. Cultivation of your self-practice will emerge as a natural result alongside a different relationship to stress.
Evidence shows that a weekly succession of 8 sessions with commitment to home practice in between sessions is an ideal start for sustainable longterm benefit.
You will leave this container fully fledged with your own sustainable mediation practice to assist you ride the weather of life. You will graduate with access to continuing high touch 1:1 support with Jen beyond your sessions, and invitations to join sitting groups of other meditators.
